CueVue Review 2026 • Exclusive ePlanetJReviews Bonus

A website usually talks at visitors. CueVue is built to talk with them.
CueVue’s LiveRep™ concept combines a lifelike on-site representative with real-time two-way conversation, an editable business knowledge base, defined outcomes, lead capture and conversation intelligence. This review walks through what that means, where it could fit, the limitations to understand, and the implementation tools I’m adding for buyers.

Visitors arrive with questions. Most websites can only hope the page answers them.
A normal sales page is a one-way experience. The visitor reads what you decided to publish, searches for the part that applies to them, and either takes the next step or leaves. The business often never learns which unanswered question, objection or uncertainty stopped that visitor.
CueVue changes the interface. Instead of only presenting information, the site can invite a visitor into a conversation. The visitor can speak or type; the LiveRep responds from approved business knowledge and can work toward a defined outcome such as capturing a lead, booking an appointment, helping with a product decision, onboarding or support.
First, let Todd explain the idea.
Before looking at feature lists, start with the product introduction. This gives the context for CueVue’s LivePresence™ concept and why the team describes LiveReps differently from text chatbots or prerecorded avatar videos.
What to watch for
Notice the emphasis on a two-way interaction rather than a fixed presentation. A LiveRep is intended to hear what the visitor is actually asking, use the business knowledge you approve, respond to that question and then pursue one defined objective.
This is why the setup and knowledge controls matter as much as the avatar itself.
From a website URL to a focused LiveRep.
CueVue’s sales page describes a four-part setup path. The simplicity is attractive, but the editable knowledge step deserves attention because it is where you verify what the representative is allowed to know and say.
Paste the URL
CueVue starts with the existing website rather than requiring you to prepare a script first.
Review the knowledge
The vendor says it reads the site into an editable knowledge base that you can correct, add to or remove from.
Choose the LiveRep
Select a face and voice appropriate for the brand and give that rep one clear job.
Deploy
The vendor describes a one-line embed and an approximately three-minute path from URL to working representative.
What does a CueVue representative look like?
Maeve motion sample
This supplied sample is useful for judging the visual style and presentation of a CueVue LiveRep. Treat it as a visual sample—not as proof of a specific conversion result.
The actual product proposition is the live conversation behind the presentation: visitor question → approved business knowledge → response → appropriate next step.
One representative. One clear mission.
CueVue presents multiple possible jobs, but it also emphasizes focus: each rep should work toward one outcome. That is a useful implementation principle because a rep trying to sell, support, recruit and onboard simultaneously can become difficult to control and measure.
Now watch CueVue perform different jobs.
Instead of stacking every video together, these examples are separated because each should answer a different question: can you picture the LiveRep handling a real visitor conversation, and does the interaction fit a job on your own website?
Watch the conversation flow.
Focus on how the visitor’s input changes the interaction. Think about the equivalent question on your site: what would the visitor ask, what approved information would the rep need, and what should happen next?
Look beyond the avatar.
Evaluate the operational pieces: whether the question is understood, whether the response should come from your knowledge, what details need to be captured, and whether the next action is appropriate for the visitor’s intent.
The part I would configure carefully: what the LiveRep is allowed to know.
The vendor says answers come from approved business knowledge, and information outside that knowledge can be handed off rather than invented. That makes the quality of your knowledge base central to the customer experience.
Prices and plans
Keep pricing, inclusions, limits and recurring charges current so the representative does not rely on stale website information.
Policies and guarantees
Refund, cancellation, availability and support rules need precise approved wording rather than optimistic improvisation.
Edge cases
Decide what happens when a visitor asks something the business has not approved. A clean escalation is better than a confident guess.
Watch the full demo when you understand the pieces.
The full demonstration makes more sense after the product model is clear: knowledge, conversation, mission, capture and outcome. Use this video to judge whether the complete workflow feels appropriate for your business or client service.
Questions to ask while watching
Where on my customer journey would a live conversation remove friction? What questions repeat most often? Which answers require strict approval? What outcome should the rep pursue? What would I learn from the transcripts and objections?
See CueVue At Checkout →The conversation can become useful business data.
CueVue describes recordings, transcripts, captured details, lead score/temperature, questions, objections, agreed actions and delivery logs. That is potentially more useful than simply knowing that someone visited a page, because it exposes what the visitor actually wanted to know.
Questions
Repeated questions can reveal information that is hard to find or missing from the page.
Objections
Recurring hesitation can inform FAQs, page copy, offers and LiveRep knowledge.
Next experiments
Conversation patterns can suggest what to test next, but recorded associations should not automatically be treated as proof of causation.
The agency angle is more interesting than simply reselling “an AI chatbot.”
CueVue’s Client Site Overlay is designed to let an agency build a LiveRep for a prospect, display it over the prospect’s existing website and share a URL without first obtaining website credentials or installing the product.
Find a prospect
Choose a business where repeated visitor questions or qualification are visible problems.
Use their site
Start from the business information they already publish.
Build the demo
Give the rep a realistic mission and a question the prospect will recognize.
Show, don’t just pitch
Share the overlay experience and let the prospect interact with the concept.
The Agency upgrade described on the offer includes 10 separate client workspaces under a white-label dashboard, separate client data/leads and read-only client sub-logins. Confirm current allowances and client-use rights before quoting services.

My $1,260 CueVue LiveRep Growth & Agency Command Suite
CueVue already includes its own getting-started and placement resources. I did not want to repeat those with ten generic PDFs. My package is a single integrated browser software suite built around the work that starts after you understand CueVue: deciding where conversation matters, preparing knowledge, handling objections, choosing CTAs, learning from real conversations, testing improvements, planning follow-up and building a client-service operation.
Website Conversation Opportunity Scanner
Identify pages where a live conversation has a real job to do, then define visitor intent, friction, likely questions, mission and desired outcome.
LiveRep Objection Intelligence Builder
Build a practical objection library around price, trust, compatibility, implementation, support and risk—while separating approved facts from answers that need human review.
LiveRep Knowledge Gap Stress Test
Challenge your knowledge base with skeptical buyers, confused prospects, price shoppers, feature comparisons and unusual questions before real visitors find the gaps.
Conversation-to-Conversion CTA Architect
Map visitor intent to the right next step—learn more, capture a lead, book, buy, contact support or escalate—rather than pushing one CTA on everyone.
LiveRep Conversation Intelligence Analyzer
Turn recurring conversation observations into structured insight: questions, objections, missing information, high-intent phrases, blockers, FAQ opportunities and next experiments.
LiveRep Conversion Testing Lab
Create disciplined experiments around placement, opening, qualification, CTA, knowledge, lead capture and follow-up, with a record of what changed and what happened.

Combined Suggested Value: $1,260
CueVue has real implementation requirements.
Credits are usage-based
The vendor says credits are consumed when a visitor starts a live conversation, and usage varies by LivePresence mode and activity. Do not assume unlimited live conversation time.
Your knowledge still matters
A lifelike interface does not make inaccurate business information accurate. Review important facts, policies and boundaries before deployment.
No guaranteed conversion lift
The performance case studies shown by the vendor from other conversational-AI platforms are explicitly not CueVue results. Your traffic, offer, implementation and audience still matter.
The vendor page currently states a 14-day money-back guarantee. Features, prices, credit allowances, bonuses and upgrade terms can change, so verify the live checkout before purchasing.
Which route makes sense?
Choose based on the capabilities you actually need rather than buying an agency package simply because it is available.
Using CueVue on your own business
Focus on the LiveRep builder, the mission you want it to perform, the placements available in your package, language/follow-up needs and expected conversation-credit usage.
Start with one page and one job. Learn from the conversations before expanding everywhere.
Serving clients
Pay particular attention to the current Agency allowances: client workspaces, white-label dashboard, client sub-logins, separate data, overlay demos, usage costs and client-use rights.
Model your service economics before quoting recurring fees. My bonus suite includes tools specifically for this.
